We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to handle our client in Hongkong.

They provide TWS earphones and revolutionary wireless desktop products, as well as IP-centric products that are sold worldwide through distribution networks, including North America and Europe.

As a Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will:

Actively oversee and manage a young and dynamic marketing team.
Create engaging copywriting content to be utilized on various web pages, web blogs and other official communication channels.
Create unique social media content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) based on existing content calendars.
Directly engage with customers on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and monitor responses for ongoing improvement.
Effectively develop and manage content calendars for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and ensure its proper execution.
Real-time monitoring of social media channels for growth and engagement through strategic engagement and activation.
Enhance the reputation and brand awareness through creation of high quality, strategic and effective social media content, web blog posts, email newsletters, and other communication tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute various digital marketing campaigns.
Administrative and other project support as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Personal computer/ laptop with adequate performance and stable wired/Fiber internet connection.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or in other related fields.
Minimum 1 year working experience in a supervisory marketing role is required
Experience in team management and evaluation.
Experience creating content plans and calendars for social media and writing content for other various digital/online channels.
Ability to edit and proofread clear, concise, and engaging marketing-related copies.
Experience with Facebook Business Suite, MailChimp, WordPress and other content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to details and natural ability to take initiative.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous and changing environments, along with great listening and partnering skills.
Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
