Sakura Autoworld Inc. commenced operations on July 1 2012, and is the largest authorized dealer of Suzuki automobiles in the Philippines. We have branches located in Sucat (Paranaque), Naga (Camarines Sur), Legazpi, Calbayog, Tacloban, Ormoc, Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Kalibo and Roxas.
HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT
Collaborate with department Managers/Branch Heads to develop employee promotion and retention strategies. Oversee compensation and payroll support teams.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource and Development, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 Year of working experience in handling both government mandated and company-initiated benefits (e.g., End-to-end HMO, SSS Maternity/Paternity/Sickness, Leaves, HDMF, PHIC etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Philippine employment laws and labor standard.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven individual.
- Proactive, Independent, and able to multitask effectively.
- Keen to details and is able to manage time well.
- Able to coordinate efficiently and communicate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Word, Ppt and Excel.
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge in other HR Facet is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Suzuki Auto South Cebu
