We are currently searching for:

 

ACCOUNTING CLERKS

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle financial statements and reportorial requirements of the company

  • Handle Payroll, Government Mandatory Benefits, Licenses, and Permits

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Collections

  • Ensure finances are controlled in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

Main Activities:

  • Prepare and check the accuracy of payroll & sales commission

  • Handle BIR, SSS, Pagibig, and PhilHealth

  • Handle the permits and licenses compliance of the company

  • Prepare monthly financial statement

  • Check billing documents accuracy and legality

  • Check company’s deliveries, and ensure its proper documentation and accuracy

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Proper control of accounting records for traceability

  • Encode VAT & daily expenses

  • Control and record petty cash

  • Monitor daily collections and coordinate with Sales Representatives & customers in case of overdue accounts

  • Verify if payables are properly approved by Management

  • Prepare check vouchers, check preparation and schedules

  • Handle other transactions and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be a BS Accountancy, or Computer Accounting, or Management Accounting degree holder (Accountancy graduates preferred)

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in accounting or finance tasks

  • Experience in Bookkeeping is a plus

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

  • Must be highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Must be able to understand organization priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees

  • Responsible and dependable
