What you'll be doing
- Organise Directors Email and Calendar.
- Manage Open for Inspection times and match to calendars.
- Process and prepare Marketing Appraisal.
- Generate reports needed for appraisal.
- Manage Files in the cloud system.
- Set-up File.
- Contact Supplier.
- Coordinate with vendor and agent for image selection.
- Coordinate with vendor and agent for the campaign artwork approval.
- Reply to an email inquiry.
- Generate and send-off standard letters to prospective vendors, vendors, and purchasers.
- Manage agent's contact information on CRM.
