About The Business
The Institute of Change is an online Leadership and Management training business.
Our leadership and management modules focus on action driven content rather than theory-based. In our ever-changing world, we need to rethink leadership. An urgency for a different mindset, combined with a new set of skills is the key to developing and equipping leaders for the future. The old ways of working are struggling, as are the old ways of learning. With artificial intelligence gaining momentum, we need a new approach to human intelligence and re-focus those unique human traits that create further value.
We aim to prepare leaders for real-world leadership, be it emerging or existing leaders looking to enhance and scale up their mindsets.
