We are looking for a SUPER STAR to become part of our current team of SUPER STARS.

 

The Client Success Executive role is responsible for the service and nurturing of The Institute of Change. This role is responsible for planning, overseeing, leading, and coordinating and delivering The Institute of Change. You will be required to interact with Senior Manager’s with trusted clients as well as lead outbound communications to new or potential clients.  You will be required to deal with internal and external stakeholders whilst managing projects and tasks simultaneously. The ideal person should be multi-skilled, excellent at time management and leading a team, and an exceptional problem solver.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing online communications (chat, email, video calls) for helpdesk and client needs

• Coordinating client meetings including scheduling, pre-meeting surveys, post meeting follow ups

• Managing day to day management of Institute of Change

• Deal pipeline management including updates, new leads and developing a funnel for ongoing leads with our Marketing Manager

• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Update CRMs including Monday.com and Hubspot with client and deal management

• Communicate solutions to clients

• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

• Creating automated email journeys / workflows on HubSpot

 

Skills

• Fundamentals of marketing, funnel design and management, and digital marketing (essential)

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (This is a client facing role and an absolute necessity, this will be tested)

• Ability to write and communicate with Senior Managers internally and externally

• High very of attention to detail and task management

• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

• Experience in leading teams towards high performance

• Preferably experienced in project management software like Monday.com, Time Doctor, HubSpot, and Constant Contact
