The Accounts & Compliance Officer main role is to perform clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Speaking to our technicians to confirm and question items on the reports
  • Learning the fire servicing standards in Australia and apply them to the reports
  • Creating defect quotes
  • Assisting with administration tasks
  • Emailing clients, assisting with their queries
  • Extra data tasks and analysis
  • Has basic knowledge in MS Office and ability to learn new programs and improve processes
  • Has positive attitude, goal oriented and self-motivated
  • Problem solving skills are important
  • Dependable, flexible and can work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Has an ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
  • Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communication skills
  • Back office experiences is an advantage but not necessary
