The Job

 

You will join the team based in our Shenzhen operations hub. You will help ensure that training programs are correctly and timely implemented. 


You will be expected to: 

  • Support the team in answering the training-related queries we receive on a daily basis

  • Create user accounts, update and assign courses in our e-Learning platform 

  • Support the team in the creation and update of training content

  • Support weekly reports to emphasize training completion status within the company and share latest information about our training content

  • Coordinate and support the development of staff engagement activities 

  • Explore new innovative training tools and new training methods with high tech 

  • Develop and organize periodic soft skills trainings / webinars / internal communication activities 

  • Other tasks arranged by the management team

The Candidate

 

It could be you if you have:

  • A Bachelor Degree in human resources, marketing, communication, animation design, advertising or related major;

  • 3-5 years' experience, in roles exposed to e-learning, training programs development, human resources, instructional design 

  • Ability to speak/read Mandarin (an advantage)

The competencies and mindset you need to succeed: 

  • Excellent command of English (both spoken & written)

  • Knowledge of instructional design tools, video editing, MS office, PPT

  • A growth mindset, along with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive, customer focused and detail oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments
