 In October of the year 2000, a group of young entrepreneurs led by Mr. Emilio Go established Mega Soft Hygienic Products, Inc. The company aims to provide Filipino women with an alternative, affordable feminine product now known as SISTERS SANITARY NAPKINS and PANTY LINER. The venture began with a plant set up in the Philippines. In March 2001, product pipelining commenced.  Distributors were initially appointed in Mindanao.  The effort proved successful; thus distributorship assignment in the Visayas and Luzon soon ensued.  By November 2002, the company’s thrust was directed to the greater Manila area. In the year 2004, Mega Soft Hygienic Products, Inc. put up a plant in Fujian, China to cater to the expanding market worldwide. In the year 2006, the company introduced TWINS LAMPEIN baby diaper to cater to the needs of the class B, C and D market.  The product, like Sisters, was produced in the manufacturing plant in the Philippines. In the year 2012, the company introduced GRAND ADULT diaper with the same market in mind. The product is currently being produced in the China Plant. In the last quarter of the year 2012, the company purchased a lot in Cagayan de Oro City to build a manufacturing plant.  The plant will be finalized, hopefully, at the last quarter of the year 2013. Is currently looking for:





  • Must be a graduate of any business/accounting course

  • At least 1 year working experience in related field with background in basic accounting is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

  • Can work under pressure and extend time if needed.

  • SAP Database management skills.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.

  • Responsible and Reliable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Issues complete and accurate delivery receipts (DR) and sales invoice (SI).

  • Coordinates with agents for timely processing of customer order

  • Coordinates with warehouse and Logistics for the delivery of customer order.

  • Keeps copies of DR and SI records and monitors series of DR and SI issuance.

  • Reports problems and concerns encountered regarding tasks assigned.

  • Records timely and accurate transactions in SAP.

  • Create and generate reports in timely and accurate manner.

  • Accomplishes other tasks as may be given by Management from time to time.
