Job Summary:


Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and


As Executive Assistant to the President, you will be primarily responsible for maximizes the President’s time and promoting a positive company image. Through your duties as a liaison, you will maintain relationships between the president, his executives and his employees. Additionally, you will keep company departments informed of important changes and internal company details in a regular corporate newsletter.


Executive Assistant to the President Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the company president when greeting guests, organizing company events, reviewing correspondence and responding to inquiries made to the president.

  • Produce and distribute the company’s corporate newsletter, which includes writing articles and designing graphic elements.

  • Offer key guidance regarding historical precedent to executives.

  • Develop itineraries and agendas including scheduling flights, arranging other transportation and book accommodations.

  • Complete special projects as assigned by president. May include creative problem solving, progress oversight, working with multiple company departments and extensive company research.

  • Actively seek to improve professional skill set and capabilities through active engagement in industry status, partaking in educational opportunities and membership in relevant professional organizations.

  • Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements when necessary.


  • Bachelor’s Degree of any business course.

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail- and deadline-oriented multi-tasker

  • Ability to make strong decisions under pressure

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Willing to be assigned in SIQUIJOR.

  • Willing to travel domestically when work requires.
