  • At least 6 months of Call Center Experience

  • Should be willing to have training onsite for no more than 2 months

  • Good to above average English communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Documents customer calls

  • Assists customers with functionality

  • Assist in resolving serious complaints and escalated calls

  • Maintains at a minimum, target levels of performance

  • Maintains up to date level of product knowledge

  • Multi Tasks: Listen, input data, proves solutions, navigates through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
