Envoc is looking for several Support Representatives for Phone and Chat support. This is a Work-From-Home position. Both evening and day time positions are available.
  • Monitor Chat and Phone systems for incoming support requests.
  • Use supplied training, the knowledge base, and general technical knowledge to guide the user towards a successful resolution of their issue.
  • Create detailed issues for second level support for anything that can not be handled.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of internal tools for support use.
  • Participate with your colleagues in teams focused on improving the experience for customers.
  • A love of people and of life.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable Internet Connection.
  • A computer and quality headset for voice calls.
  • A quite place to work free from distractions.
  • A college degree with 2+ years of experience or a high school degree with  5+ years of experience.
