Working Hours: Regular Hours, Mondays- Fridays 7 AM-4 PM (Day Shifts only)

 

As a Content Manager (Social Media Manager) to promote the organization’s social media presence — by supporting communications on various social platforms, ensure that content published meets brand guidelines and overall communication style, monitor social media channels to build a community of followers, handle support questions, and increase engagement.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be residing within Metro Cebu

  • Excellent verbal, writing skills, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar role

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs and interpret website traffic

  • Knowledge of online marketing

  • Strong attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver

  • Hands-on experience with social media management

  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar role

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in planning and leading community initiatives in the related field are required for this position

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage online community and create cohesive content for engaging the community

  • Upload webinars and event videos

  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies

  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts

  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Event scheduling and planning
