CALL CENTER AGENTS - Work Onsite
 
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate
  • Must have excellent English communication skills 
  • Must have 6 MONTHS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
  • Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
  • Must not be enrolled or reviewing for licensure exams.
  • Must be able to work in Cebu IT Park 
Responsibilities:
  • Taking calls.
  • Answering product and service questions
  • Records and updates client / account information.
  • Clarifying complaints; determining and solving client complaints / problem
