The Work:
 
Leadership and Support Hiring
  • Conducts end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to new hire onboarding
  • 100% Hiring SLA for Leadership and Support requirements from Staff level to Sr. Management/Director positions
  • Delivers quality candidates to Operations and Hiring Managers
  • Real time updating of recruitment database, trackers and process documentations
  • Onboarding, process orientation and knowledge transfer to new team members
  • Creates and maintains report trackers and database that would be used in recruitment reports and analyses
  • Provides Recruitment reports DRU, sourcing reports, Cost Utilization, others
  • Understands and meets Recruitment KPIs by creating process improvements and hiring strategies
  • Meets 100% Hiring Fill Rate following the required SLA and
    Day 1 100% Show Up rate for all new hires
  • Manages Cost Per Hire budget
  • Implements the hiring process and calibration sessions with the Hiring Managers / Clients to meet standards
  • Partners with the stakeholders on hiring requirements
Sourcing & Marketing
  • Evaluates, measures and analyzes the efficiency of sourcing channels, business partners and consultants for non-agent positions from Rank and File to Sr. Managerial/Director posts
  • Creates sourcing and marketing plans/strategies to meet client requirements both for volume hiring and non-agent positions
  • Implements sourcing strategies on a timely manner
  • Creates efficient Employee Referral programs
  • Identifies various recruitment sources by keeping abreast of the current hiring trends
  • Assists and supports the Recruitment Manager in managing the cost utilization and Cost Per Hire by using low-cost sourcing and marketing initiatives to fulfill the hiring requirements
  • Manages the daily applicant flow and quality of applicants
What We Look For:
  • Graduate of Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Sourcing & Marketing and Corporate Recruitment
  • Experience in Corporate/Executive Search is required
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Very keen to details
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Internet and MS Office proficient
  • Adept in using MS Office and has good presentation skills
  • Can work independently and in a team
  • Change management and ability to positively influence peers
  • Can work on shifting schedule
  • Can start immediately
