JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint softwares
At least 3 years work experience in a BPO (business process outsourcing) customer service function
Will process online customer orders from various E-com platforms; responsibility will include customer interaction on payments, alternate recommendations for product availability, ship dates, cancellations and refunds.
Must be a very good communicator, adept in English, Filipino and Davaoeno and can handle customer concerns in a professional and pleasing manner
Possess multi-tasking skills, is organized, detailed-oriented and can handle pressure daily.
Willing to work on holidays and reply to customers and management after office hours.
