Skills Requirement:

  • Willing to be trained

  • Strong phone contact handling skills, reading skills and active listening

  • Knowledgeable in Excel and spreadsheet

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-Task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Experience is upselling is a plus

  • Fulltime, Can work onsite

Shift: Mondays-Fridays 9pm-6:30am or 10pm-7:30am

Fix RD: Sat-Sun
