Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable with AMADEUS, ABACUS, or APOLLO

  • Candidates must be willing to work in Cebu City

  • Willing to attend an onsite interview

  • Attention to detail is required

  • Self-motivated and can handle pressure well

  • Excellent English Communication Skills

  • Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs

  • High School Graduates must have at least 6 months of call center experience to apply

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate the use of bonus miles and other rewards that clients want to use

  • Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including the pros and cons of each

  • Coordinating departure flights, insurance policy, and accommodation

  • Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.

  • May conduct one or more of the following: Takes action to phone problems and grievances using standardized scripts and processes.
