The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the reception function as well as ensuring that our clients and candidates are treated with the utmost respect at all times.
The position is also responsible for general office administrative tasks, social media, and liaising with candidates via email. Aspects of the day-to-day running of the office also fall under this position.
Job requirements:
  • Proven ability in a similar environment where receptionist and customer service skills are required as well as current knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  • Has a background with MailChimp
  • Experienced working in Human Resources, Administrative or Property related area
  • High producer and strong organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and produce quality work with good turnaround times
  • Client-focused
  • Excellent communication skills
