Is currently looking for:

 

HR OFFICER

 

What are we looking for ?

1. Great knowledge in all HR facets (Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Administration, Labor, etc.)

2. In-depth understanding of Labor Laws and Employment Regulations to ensure compliance.

3. Knows how to process documents related to PEZA, DOLE, and other government related transactions

 

Requirements

1. A graduate of BS/ Arts in Psychology or BSBA in Human Resource Management

2. Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in related position

3. Possess excellent written and verbal skills

4. Computer literate and advance knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and e-mails

5. Has good analytical skills in dealing with company’s conflicts

6. Must be flexible, can work under pressure and multitasking environment

7. Must be patient, trustworthy, and has a good moral character

8. Has great initiative, team player, and resourceful

9. Willing to rendered service during holidays per company’s needs

10. Willing to work graveyard

 

What you will be working on?

 

Office Maintenance

  • Ensures orderliness and cleanliness in the entire office by closely monitoring by closely monitoring the Utility/ Maintenance Staff

  • In-charge in reservation of meeting rooms

  • Updates bulletin boards for Announcement/Memo

  • Organize and schedule Appointment

  • Order Office supplies  and research new deals and suppliers

Employee’s Requirements

  • Ensure availability and prepare office tools for newly hires

  • Prepare documents for candidate new employee

  • Prepare contracts for new employee’s

  • Conduct Job Offer - information about Job Details such as benefits and condition

  • In-charge in production and distribution of Company ID

  • Conduct Orientation for newly Hired Employee’s

  • Follow up Employee’s requirement for updating

Record Management

  • Ensures that all employee records are updated and on file

  • Keeps company and memorandums/advisories on file

  • Update SSS, PhilHealth, etc of the employee’s

  • Maintain compliance in the workplace with benefits provide

  • Providing guidance and resource on every aspect company policies and procedures

  • Maintaining  compliance in the workplace with benefit providers

  • Implementing HR Initiative including health, volunteer and charity initiatives and providing resource

  • Manage employee development and training

Recruitment

  • Consult with the employers to identify need and preferred qualification

  • Working on Job listings to recruit new employees

  • Interview Applicants

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirement and job descriptions

  • Contact reference and perform background checks

  • Prepares employees for assignment by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

Employee Relation

  • Gather and validates data regarding incident report for disciplinary actions

  • Make Notice to Explain for issuance to erring employee’s

  • Conduct Administrative Hearing as may be required

  • Drafts Appropriate  Notice of Decision, taking into consideration all documents and evidence gathered

  • Implements and administer Disciplinary procedure in compliance with the company policy

  • Resolves disputes between employees in the workplace

  • Firing employees when needed

  • Advances human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Exit Management

  • Provides clearance form and guides separated employee’s (secured that the separated employee’s will returned company own in their position)

  • Validates company issued properties of separated employee’s and ensures to be noted and deducted on employee’s final pay, if applicable

Others

  • Create team building activities

  • Planning team events and holiday functions
