COASTLAND CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

 

We are engaged in the construction of civil works particularly, road networks (concrete and asphalt), ports, hydraulic structures and low to medium rise buildings both in the private and the public sector.

 

We are in need of:

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

 

Coastland Construction needs a Licensed Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the below:

  • Repairs and Maintenance of all Heavy Equipment and Light vehicles in all project sites.

  • Monitor Equipment Utilizations to determine PMS (Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

  • Coordinate with the supplier if the equipment is still under warranty for PMS.

  • Canvass spare parts for G.O and EQL Equipment.

  • Prepare EQL requisition summary – Weekly Plan.

  • Monitor status of Purchase Order spares parts.

  • Coordinate with the supplier if breakdown equipment is under warranty for repair.

  • Maintain all process of repairs/requisitions is in accordance with ISO standards.

  • Will be working as a close coordinator or the Head of the Maintenance Department.

  • Perform other tasks that may be given by the top management.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer

  • With 2 years of experience in repair and maintenance of Heavy Equipment.

  • With Good moral character

  • Physically Fit

  • Willing to conduct constant travel to projects outside Davao city.

The salary package will be discussed during the interview.
