Full-time and Part-time opportunity

High-potential sales position with a dynamic Tech startup company. We seek aggressive sales representatives to develop business in the areas of technical staffing & IT services. Requires experience in prospecting, business development and selling technical staffing services. This position also includes the opportunity to sell software development project work.

ITAccelerate-Phils is an offshore staffing and project management company based in suburban Philadelphia, PA with an office in Cebu City, Cebu. We are directly solving the growing IT skills shortage by providing US companies with software developers from the Philippines.
 
The Position

We are seeking highly driven individuals to join our sales team working from our Cebu City office. This is an excellent chance for you to be part of a fast-paced, and entrepreneurial business with excellent earning potential. You will be working closely with and reporting to one of the company's co-founders.
 
The successful Business Development Executive will be tasked to:
  • Take a lead role in proactively building sales opportunities using all available channels, e.g. ZoomInfo
  • Create and execute an ongoing business development strategy to identify and approach new business client looking to hire software engineers
  • Manage introductory sales pitches to a range of small and medium businesses
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls and calling through an extensive prospect lead list
  • Send leads to the recruitment team who handle candidate headhunting and placements
  • Provide ongoing relationship management to existing clients to build long-term relationships
Candidate Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
  • A background in software sales, IT recruitment, and the like will be beneficial but not essential
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • Proactive, responsible and accountable for own work
  • A natural communicator—confident in both meetings and on the phone
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Effective when handling large amounts of information and working methodically and accurately
  • Strong writing communication skills
  • An understanding of programming languages will help but is not essential and can be quickly learned on the job
  • Motivated “can-do” attitude
  • An existing network of business contacts with IT and software development staff requirements is beneficial buy not essential
