Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology
- With 3-5 years HR Supervisory experience from a manufacturing firm
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
- Has the ability to relate well in all levels in the organization
- Capable in crafting policies and procedures
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
