We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Champion Developer working Day Shift from home (60% WFH even after quarantine)

We are looking for Client Success Champion

Basic Requirements:

  • You live in Cebu or willing to relocate to Cebu, or if relocation is not possible:

    • Willing to come here to Cebu for the mandatory mid-year and end year gathering

    • Willing to come to Cebu on a regular occasion such as monthly or quarterly based on project specifics

  • You love coding 

  • You love learning and you are always working hard on making yourself better

  • You like helping others 

  • You work hard to do great work, but you are also willing to make mistakes

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • You love working with people and taking care of relationships

  • International level communication is a must (a genuine interest in serving, taking care of clients relationships, concierge-type  personality, important)

  • You love to read and learn

  • You are self-responsible and extremely reliable with solid personal routine habits (you use a calendar or productivity tool as a habit of your own time well)

  • You are a proactive communicator.

  • You are good at getting conversations back on track if needed.

  • You have good habits of organizing your time and task, and you are an organized thinker & communicator

  • You are very confident and comfortable speaking with senior leaders at an international level

  • You are prepared before each meeting. Aware of the goal you want out of the meeting

  • You are a creative problem solver

  • Ability to manage tasks and (almost) never drop balls (should be able to come up with a tangible system to prove it)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a coordinator between clients, channel partners, and our delivery team

  • Taking ownership of key partner relationships. Making the clients feel comfortable and secure that the next steps have been identified (with a promised date)

  • Developing genuine, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients

  • Establishing trust and rapport with clients to identify new business opportunities and get referrals

  • Supporting partners by managing the sales process, collaborating with the sales team, operations, and partner stakeholders

  • Making sure clients get what they need when they need it. If it's a future date, make sure they know when and what to expect.

  • Every commitment made should be fulfilled. In case you need more time or a change of plan, proactively communicate it to the parties involved (including the clear goal and deadline)

  • Lending your creativity in improving processes within the company, helping to document and train others to use processes

  • Helping to evolve and improve service offerings and the ways we present them to partners

  • Supporting Head of Growth in strategic projects in collaboration with partner companies

Salary Range is: Php 20,000 - 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
