(SCBI) in San Carlos City. It also oversees the operations of RHI Agri-business Development Corporation (RHI ADC) that promotes farm mechanization and plantation in Batangas and Negros.

Job Responsibilities:
The position is responsible in assisting the HR Supervisor/ Head, Plant HR and Administration in the over-all human resource management, promoting sound and harmonious relationship between management and employees; facilitates human resource development related activities and programs.
Job Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or Management  
  • Must have at least 1-2 years work experience in Personnel / Human Resource or Admin Work. 
  • Must have good working knowledge in Human Resource Management. Very good communication and interpersonal / human relation skills. Logical Thinking and Analytical / Problem solving Skills. Adept in numbers, computation and details. With good computer literacy skills. 
  • Sufficient knowledge of the Labor Laws, Department Orders of DOLE, Etc.
