Is currently looking for:
Job Summary:
  • Develop and support enterprise business applications to improve efficiency and capabilities of internal clients, using experience in a variety of information technologies.
  • Research, track and understand new systems to provide leadership in providing solutions to business requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting UCT’s AGILE environment
  • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders
  • Participate in Design, implementation and support of integrations with ERP and MES applications
  • Partner with UCT’s Engineering Services and IT Application team on governance, support and project activities
  • Coordinate with vendors for projects and ongoing support
  • Identify new areas on an ongoing basis where Agile solution can be leveraged or current solutions enhanced
  • Perform testing as needed for new applications or in response to internal requests, and maintain documentation
  • Help manage patches, upgrades and add-ons
  • Monitor and report on the performance, growth and the general health of the system
  • Address user issues/concerns in a professional/timely manner and ensure end-user satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Required strong administration experience with Oracle’s Agile PLM (9.3.x) preferably on Linux or Unix
  • Required experience with Agile integrations to ERP (SAP/Oracle)
  • Required experience with Java / Groovy / programming using Agile PLM SDK / API
  • Desired experience with Oracle SQL queries, preferable with Agile DB schema
  • Desired experience in integrations with Manufacturing Execution and Learning Management systems
  • Desired experience with Agile upgrades, server installation, performance tuning preferably in AWS hosted environment
  • Desired experience with data conversion / cleansing, custom reporting on Agile PLM
  • Must be able to work with cross-organizational boundaries to identify opportunities, drive consensus and obtain resolution
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organization skills and strong sense of ownership
  • Ability and interest in training users in tools, processes, procedures
  • Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives and groups
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Educational Requirement:
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, Operations or similar.
Experienced Requirement:
  • 5+ years’ experience with Oracle’s Agile PLM (experience with 9.3.1 and above a must)
  • 5+ years of industry experience in high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Experience in cross functional and/or project team leadership
  • Experience selecting and managing external partners (IT outsourcing, consultants etc.)
