What you will do:

Handle outbound calls speaking to bank representatives and debt collectors
Negotiate, discuss and set up payment arrangements for settlement of a customer's debt
Make use of problem-solving and decision making skills
Keep detailed records and regularly update clients about the status of their negotiations
Comply with over-all call quality standards
Any other tasks the business or clients request

What we are looking for:

Must have at least 2 years' experience in the debt-settlement and/or negotiations field
Experience in handling high volume phone-based job
Creative problem-solver who does not fear rejection or get discouraged easily
Excellent phone skills with the ability to effectively deliver information and respond to the question of varying nature
A high degree of professional ethics and integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Methodical and well organized
Math proficient, working well with numbers
Must be willing to work night shifts
Must be excellent in English, both oral and written
