The Trainer will support the delivery of client-focused training to address the new hire, product update, and continuing education requirement in support of the line business. The Trainer will be under the guidance and supervision of the T&D Management.
· Responsible for conducting pre-process and process training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competencies.
· Conducts training classes, which include content about the job, the Company, and different client programs.
· Conduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags.
· Provide performance feedback to class participants; responsible for the professional development of the customer service and support staff.
· Communicates with various departments within the organization, including resource planning, human resources, and quality.
· Assists Operations with understanding agent opportunities and updating training programs to meet those needs.
· Must have initiative and good presentation skills.
· Must be organized, accurate, thorough and is able to respond well to management direction.
· Must be knowledgeable in adjusting the teaching methods according to the trainees’ personalities.
· Experience in Training/Teaching is a big advantage.
· Accomplishes accurate training reports.
· Provides Training Needs Analysis.
· Helps in creating training modules/curriculum other tasks that may be required/assigned by the manager as required by the business
· Facilitate classroom and virtual training classes
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; with a firm foundation on English grammar and composition and with strong public speaking ability.
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
· Excellent Organizational and planning skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent computer skills.
· Analytic and Results Oriented.
· Good understanding of Group Dynamics (diversity).
· Amenable to Shifting Schedule and extended periods.
· Ability to perform efficiently in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
· Highly developed interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle conflicts and accept constructive feedback.
