Primary Responsibilities:
  • Time keeping and Payroll processing
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Reconciliation, settlement of HR disputes or concerns
  • Development and Implementation of Policies
  • A graduate of Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 6 months working experience with payroll and benefits
  • With experience in processing government mandated benefits via eGov
  • Knowledgeable in mandatory benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig
  • Strong understanding of Labor Law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong personality and can handle pressure
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Can work with less supervision
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
