TeleTech is on the search for a temporary work from home Gaming Technical Support Representative to proactively create meaningful connections with our team in Novaliches, Quezon City.

What you'll need to qualify:
  • Complete at least 2 years in College of any course
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot computer peripherals and support general customer service inquiries
  • Basic knowledge of different operating system environments like Windows and MacOS
  • Enthusiasm and passion for games
  • Basic familiarity with gaming concepts and terminologies
  • The gamer's ability to think on the fly, adapt and execute quickly
  • Gamer's curiosity at discovering and understanding new concepts
Technology and work environment requirements (Temporary Work from Home):
  • Have the right connection a home internet connection that is >15Mbps(you may do a quick check through
  • Computer we'll supply and deliver at your doorstep
  • Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working
What your typical day will consist of:
  • Report to work at the assigned time, adhering to work schedules each day
  • Consult with customers on technical support inquiries by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Respond to inquiries with active listening identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner as expected by our customers and stakeholders
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and information
  • Resolve technical issues with patience and understanding
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
  • Report emerging issues by escalating to Level 2 Subject Matter experts
  • Positively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learning
