BUSINESS GROWTH LEAD
 
Flexible Hours: Work From Home - 30k+ Per Month
Full-Time Pay Rate: PHP 28,000 + 2,000 allowance + sales commission 
Part-Time Pay Rate: Prorated based on full-time pay rate
Sales Commission: Sales commissions for new clients.
 
Process Ninjas is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Business Growth Lead to contribute to our business development initiatives.  In this role, you will have the flexibility and opportunity to create your own development plans and execute them with our team. In this role, we encourage creative thinking and experimentation in our processes to find new ways to meet our goals. 
 
Marketing responsibilities include:
  • Developing short-term and long-term marketing plans
  • Research and analyze company behavior and insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Set up and maintain tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Write content for campaigns across various channels
  • Manage all online channels of production, including website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
  • Create and distribute content on key channels to reach new audiences
  • Facilitating the creation of marketing materials
  • Maintaining company website and improving SEO
  • Other responsibilities to improve the company’s online footprint
Sales responsibilities include:
  • Developing and monitoring lead generation and sales plans 
  • Generate leads using company tools and active research
  • Create outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Improve upon current outreach strategy via email and social media
  • Investigate and improve upon email deliverability for sales accounts
  • Other responsibilities to optimize sales effectiveness
  • Search for and apply for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Successful candidates will need to work with management to establish KPIs and sales targets for the year.  Excellent English writing and speaking skills are a must

  • Frequent review current practices to provide process improvements
  • Flexibility in scheduling for sales calls
  • Willingness to adapt to changing workflows
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, but experienced candidates welcome to apply
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing and knowledge of content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and vendor negotiations
  • Demonstrable experience with social media marketing, email marketing, advertising campaigns, marketing databases and analytics, and SEO/SEM
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Capable of working with teammates or independently
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
Work From Home Arrangement - During the current pandemic, agents must be able to work from home. After the company deems it safe to return to work, agents will be asked to work in the office for a mixed office/WFH schedule. Agents must have:
  • Personal computer or laptop with webcam
  • Minimum 20mbps high-speed internet
