TEAM LEADER/ASSISTANT MANAGERS FOR CONTACT CENTER OPERATIONS

Responsible for providing oversight for customer service service staff and for establishing departmental policies and procedures.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Directs implementation and administration of benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding benefit programs, procedures, changes and government mandated disclosures.
- Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports;
- Graduate of a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field with at least 1 year of similar work related experience or at least 2 years in college with at least 2 years of simlar work related experience required.
- Willing to work at BGC Taguig OR Ortigas Center, Pasig City, in shifting schedules. Most lines of business function on US time zones (locally, night shift schedule).
