CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES LOCAL ACCOUNT
- Obtains customer information by answering the telephone; verifying information. (Inbound/outbound)
- Responds to customer inquiries, offers other products and services, payment reminders, and offers payment plans.
- Establishes policies by entering client information
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions;
- Accomplishes sales and team targets by completing related results as needed.
- Candidate must be at least a HS/SHS graduate, college level
- At least 6 mos. of sales experience, BPO setting (local/international account), preferred but not required.
- Good to excellent communication skills in both English & Filipino.
- Should be proficient in working with computers; software skills such as working with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong (on-site)is a plus
