Telecommunications Provisioning and Technical Support

Experience Requirements:
  • At least 2 years telecommunications experience (preferably Australian)
  • VoIP experience is a plus but its not a requirement
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent in Multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate with team members
  • Go Getter 
  • Receive customer concerns over the phone and email ticket such as technical, billing, and orders enquiries
  • Wow customers with your ability to resolve their concern with enthusiasm
  • Processing of orders for multiple products such as ADSL/NBN, PSTN, Mobile and VoIP
  • Back office task and account investigation
