Overall Purpose:

The Communications Coach is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various capability development programs in the BPO workforce; primarily focusing on communication, professional development, delivery skills, and leadership skills.

1. Training Needs Analysis
  • Work with the operations, training, and quality teams to identify performance gaps related to communication skills
  • Analyze performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics
2. Training Design and Development
  • Identify key effectiveness measures prior to content development.
  • Responsible for content research, outline creation, development of training evaluation measures, training materials creation, knowledge assessment
3. Training Delivery and Communications Skills Coaching
  • Deliver Capability Development programs
  • Facilitate all required training programs 
  • Provide floor support and communication coaching to all employees including leadership and support
  • Develop communication assessment tools in line with project’s goals and metrics
  • Proactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of adult learning theory principles and able apply in a 1:1 or in a group training setting
4. Training Evaluation and Reporting
  • Gather data from operations to measure training program effectiveness
  • Prepare training reports like training effectiveness measures, training completion reports, etc.
  • Analyze training effectiveness scores and propose improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Must have at least 1 – 2 years of training, teaching or communication skills coaching experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the Contact Center /BPO industry
  • Instructional Design or Content Development skills/experience is an advantage
  • Excellent Training Delivery and Classroom Management and Coaching & Mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
  • Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to MS Teams
  • Willing to work on different time zones and as needed, overtime hours (i.e., night shift)
  • Must be able to travel and work in various locations determined at the discretion of project leadership
  • Willing to go back on-site once recalled
