The Real Estate Virtual Assistant's role is to book buyers to inspections, follow up buyers after inspections, email buyers' contact details to another department of the companies e.g. finance, courses, and other services buyers require in the buying and selling process to ensure a stress-free settlement. Research companies that our company is interested to invest in so that it can grow and double our profit every year. As the company grows, our staff can provide better for their family and live a better richer happier life.
This is an onsite role.
  • Process enquiries from phone calls and emails
  • Ensure all listings are up-to-date
  • Investigate and resolve queries from customers
  • Give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available while offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to their business needs
  • Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
  • Upload notes from follow up calls in CRM and input information on clients
  • Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects
  • Must have proven years of experience in Real Estate Management, Property Listing or any similar role.
  • Preferably with Social Media and Video Editing experience
  • Experience in Finance Brokerage, Immigration Consultancy is a plus but not required
  • Excellent English communication skills - oral and written
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent teamwork skills, creative and adaptive
  • Work in a dynamic environment in which all requirements are not always well defined
  • Equally at-ease working independently or in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to multiple platforms and systems to be utilized
  • The RIGHT candidate will be sponsored to live and work in Australia after 12 months of working for the company
