This role is a Marketing Virtual Assistant to the Director. Assisting with the day-to-day marketing activities, communication and scheduling.
  • Using Social Media Accounts to Contact People via Chat based on scripting 
  • Using Google Suite (docs, sheets, forms etc) to manage contacts and processes  
  • CRM management (keeping contacts up to date)…CRMs may change over time  
  • Using online assets; landing pages, event software and email communication.
Candidate Requirements: 
  • Good handle of Written English  
  • Engaging and Positive Attitude  
  • Capable with Google Suite, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram  
  • Be willing/capable to use and improve processes on a daily basis
Will educate you in:
