REGENT BP is looking for:
 
HR OFFICER
 
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administration of recruitment and Hiring of all Regent employees
  • OnBoarding New Hire employees and uploading them to HRIS
  • Ensuring 201 Accuracy both in files and in HRIS
  • Administer disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers/officers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
  • Coordinating and administering training and development programs and liaising with external training bodies as required
  • Administration and preparation of mandatory contributions for employees
  • Fulfilment of additional duties as required
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management or Business related courses
  • 1+ years of experience as HR Generalist Officer
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications
  • Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
  • Excellent Command of English Language
  • BPO Experience is a big advantage
  • Can start immediately
