CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:                                   
  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Good to above average English communication skills
  • Willing to have training on site and have a Work at Home arrangement once in production.
  • With a Postpaid Lan Connection (at least 10mbps Internet Speed)
  • Willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Documents customer calls
  • Assists customers with functionality
  • Assist in resolving serious complaints and escalated calls
  • Maintains at a minimum, target levels of performance
  • Maintains up to date level of product knowledge
  • Multi Tasks: Listen, input data, proves solutions, navigates through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
