REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER
- Manages overall sales operational goals and targets for the entire real estate business
- Accountable for hitting sales targets based on agreed schedule and plans
- Ensures an efficient documentation and monitoring of customer data and information for accurate customer profiling and subsequent use of other process owners in the organization
- Researches, studies and recommends current and more strategic approaches in the sales operation, thus ensuring a smooth, efficient and significant contribution to the business bottom line targets
- Determines and ensures an effective and efficient sales organization and manpower capability to sustain organizational growth.
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Management and other related courses. Masteral Degree on any of these courses is an advantage.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in real estate sales management as a Manager and an in-depth technical and hands-on experience for housing, condos and other commercial operations.
