Job Description:
A Quadhealth Marketing SALES TEAM MEMBER helps the company by generating new and more Medical Diagnostic Partners thus as a result- generating revenue from an assigned geographical location.
By improving and strengthening and engaging business relations with various medical institutions in the assigned area, the sales member then executes the company’s business strategies to achieve the goals in their area.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Team Member reports to his/her General Manager. He/she will occasionally report to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Has in-depth technical knowledge about the products, their working and their competitive advantage
  • Has in-depth technical knowledge about the needs and plans and objectives of various Medical Institutions in his/her area of responsibilities – both to existing partners and soon to be business partners.
  • Assists the sales department in reaching its monthly sales objectives
  • Assists partners in determining the best product and services to meet their requirements
  • Identifies Prospects/Sales Leads for potential new customers of our products.
  • In Post Pandemic: Take part in conventions/conferences and other events to help improve Brand Retention.
  • Will also assist in the Collection.
  • Will also at times assist in product’s deliveries , if needed.
  • Uses outbound telephone calls, email communications, face-to-face or online meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Develops and sustains long-term relationships with our key customers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • College Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Business Management. Under graduates may also be considered.
Performance Indicators:
  • Must improve number of Territorial Leads
  • Must reach the monthly sales target of his/her area – above the target is subject to incentives
  • Must reach monthly collections in the area.
  • Incentives are tied to credit efficiency of the customers’ accounts
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Displays an outstanding ability in negotiation
  • Is strong under pressure and displays problem-solving skills.
  • Has a good customer service skill.
  • Has impeccable personal standards (cleanliness, punctuality and an affable personality)
  • Defensive Driving Skills
