If you have a nursing degree or any degree related to the medical profession, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), has previous customer service experience, then this job is for you. 
  • Preferably Registered Nurse but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
  • Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
  • If you have any degree related to medical profession
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: 
    • Answering email inquiries
    • Chat Support for web visitors
    • Able to do Inbound Calls
    • Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
  • Experienced at online payment processing for US credit card accounts
  • Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
  • Team player and able to work with less supervision
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
  • Good problem solver & a Positive attitude
  • Willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends & holidays
  • Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Well-organized, Responsible and Initiative
  • Independent with a positive work ethics and passion to succeed
  • Willing to start immediately
