Job Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years Customer Service experience, BPO setting
  • Good to excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Sound grasp of online shopping
  • Can handle stressful customers calmly and professionally
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Must be reliable, confident, fun, outgoing personality and able work within a team
  • Able to multitask and learn business specifics updates immediately  
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide great customer service experience to all customers via Inbound, Outbound and/or Email/Chat support 
  • Respond to email or chat inquiry and other customer service concerns  
  • Perform other tasks from the management as necessary
  • Specific JD will be discussed once endorsed to Operations
