InnoVAtely Cebu (by The Global Sourcing Group) is a US-based Outsourcing Company working for New York based clients. We provide highly skillful, competent Virtual Assistants that do administrative tasks which includes phone calls, texts, emails and data entry.

We are urgently in need of a Virtual Assistant with Bookkeeping experience for a U.S Based bookkeeping firm.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Knowledge of P&L, balance sheets and bank reconciliation
With relevant experience in general accounting.
Prior use of QuickBooks is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Financial Files
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Keen to details and high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or BS Management Accounting.
CPA Is an advantage
