Reports Analysts (Workforce Management)

  • Plays a pivotal role in employee development through peer to peer coaching,     and in helping to create a work environment conducive to personal growth and employee satisfaction
  • Provides accurate, timely, and professionally written, statistical and verbal reports to management for historical, current status, and forecasting purposes.
  • Analyze individual, team and program/account performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis and partner with OMDM/OMD Supervisor to develop action plans.
  • Maintains process documentation and agent skilling providing efficiency changes as identified
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of all required databases to ensure reporting is accurate and includes the appropriate data to drive the desired results
  • Partners with call center operations leadership team to ensure understanding of service level management objectives and improvement plans which may include delivery of presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years  Workforce Management experience
  • Proven ability to analyze & interpret data from statistical & analytical reports  
  • Strong knowledge of reporting methodology, principles, and procedures
  • Knowledgeable in Forecasting and Scheduling
  • Proficient of Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Access
  • Excellent in English communication skills
