PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
 
The Product Support Specialist is our Tier 1 support for our market leader partner in providing innovative software workforce management solutions.
 
As Tier 1 support you will be responsible for:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails and provide issue resolution specific to the client concerns and issues
  • Create and escalate tickets using the JIRA ticketing system
  • Exercise Flexibility toward continual improvement in the achievement of customer satisfaction and Product Support Goals
  • Maintain all applicable documents relevant to the performance of duties
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Bachelor of Science in any undergraduate courses
  • Technical Support Experience from a call center industry is desired
  • Excellent communications skills and customer support experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Experience in customer support and ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus
