Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc helps global companies expand business and build offshore teams in the Philippines.  We are looking for a Business Development Officer who can help our team to establish and grow Customer Portfolio across various industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Mass Communication/ Marketing or equivalent.

  • Solid experience in Sales and Marketing

  • Solid experience in Business Development

  • Knowledgeable in marketing automation, HubSpot, Lead Generation and LinkedIn Management

  • Experience in doing Newsletters and Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Excellent in time management and able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively/efficiently

  • Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Gmail and the adaptability to learn other systems.

  • Is business acumen, proactive, independent and results focused

  • Can work without supervision and is self-sufficient

  • Experience handling US clients is a plus

  • Experience in an Outsourcing Industry

  • Willing to work in a blended work set-up - Both Work from home (WFH) and Work in in the office (WIO) 

  • Willing to work in a night/graveyard shift (US daytime)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Familiar with Sales Scripting and Lead Scrubbing

  • Has good listening and communication skills; good command of the English language (a neutral American accent is required)

  • Can work without supervision and is self-sufficient (can function on his own given the proper tools)

  • Knows how to identify channels, builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships with potential leads.

  • Knows how to analyze data and make a report out of it. 

  • Report Building 

  • Knowledge Lead Mining software 

  • Eventually start/handle a CRM for our clients/leads

  • Oversee newsletter for Clients/ Newsletter for SQL (with highlighted branded resumes) 

  • Email Marketing

  • Eventually Manage  Newsletters and Email Marketing campaigns for SQL 

  • Email List Data Sorting

  • Can work closely with the Marketing Dept. to come up with unique strategies in terms of branding, brand awareness, content, audience acquisition, digital presence, online webinars, expo, and digital platform engagement.
