The primary tasks for this job position will be:
 
Working with the founder:
  • Email Management
  • Calendar Management
  • Client Management
  • Client Onboarding
  • Operations Management
Marketing Tasks:
  • Basic graphic design
  • Content creation
  • Social media management

We are looking for an Executive Assistant
 
Basic Requirements:
  • You live in Cebu
  • You love social media marketing and content creation
  • You are eager to learn more about business
  • You love learning and you are always working hard on making yourself better
  • You like helping others 
  • You work hard to do great work, but you are also willing to make mistakes
  • You're brave and willing to take action where action is needed
  • You're a problem solver 
Technical Requirements:
  • You've worked with social media marketing for at least 6 months.
  • You've worked as a Virtual Assistant for at least 3 months.
  • You are familiar with Wordpress.
Salary Range is: Php 20,000-27,000 per month (depending on experience)
