Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line of support and resolve simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems

  • Perform service desk management function including incident identification and tracking, classification, diagnosis, incident closure, monitoring, and request fulfillment

  • Facilitate critical incident management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields

  • Preferably native speaker or with at least HSK4 certification (the higher the better)

  • With Relevant working experience using the language are welcome to apply (i.e. translation experience)

  • Excellent communication skills both in Mandarin and English (written and oral)

  • Excellent customer service skills
