Provides excellent online shopping experience to all customers in all marketplaces by helping resolve customer issues through answering customer emails, inbound/outbound calls and voicemails in a timely manner. He/she will also perform special projects designated by the Team Manager. 
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that assigned brands get excellent performance ratings from Amazon and all marketplaces
  • Provides shipment status to the customers
  • Confirms, cancels and refunds orders, when needed
  • Sends out order delay notifications
  • Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
  • Earns customer trust and positive feedback
  • Addresses customer queries on orders processed through Amazon, our own website and physical store by coordinating mainly with the Supplier Management group; Listings, Inventory and Pricing and Warehouse Team
  • Supports the Customer Service Manager and acts as POC in the absence of his/her manager or when needed
  • Will help maintain excellent metric in Amazon and in all marketplaces
  • Can work on night shift.
  • Willing to work on weekends with rotational schedule
  • Confident in speaking American English and good in writing emails
  • Good Attendance record in previous employments
  • Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope
  • Model employee
